    How do I order from your website?

    We sell from our website the following:

    • Stencils
    • Stencils for Rent
    • Cut your own Stencils
    • If you wish to purchase our stencils just add to our shopping cart. Shipping charges and any sales tax will be calculated at check out time.


    How do I rent your stencils?

    We are happy to offer a "Stencils for Rent" option! Its very easy! On our site we have a page titled "Stencils for Rent" . You may order your stencils to rent from this section. Just add your stencil or stencils you are interested in renting into the shopping cart.

    • we rent out our stencils for a two week period (if more time is needed please contact us)
    • we will ship them to your address
    • shipment costs back to us are the responsibility of the renter
    • stencils must be cleaned before shipping back to us
    • stencils not shipped back to us-we will charge your credit card the total retail amount of the stencil minus any rental payment (this does not include shipping fees)
    • A tracking number will be assigned to your shipment to verify delivery of your stencils
    • A signature is required at delivery

    Where do you ship your merchandise?

    We ship anywhere in the continental United States. Sorry, we do not ship anywhere else at this time.

    Do you collect sales tax?

    We collect sales tax if orders are placed within the state of Nebraska, no sales tax is added if outside of Nebraska.

    What if my merchandise arrives damaged?

    If your order arrives damaged please contact as soon as possible. If we do not hear from you within a 24hr period after you receive your merchandise we will not be able to assist you. You then will need to contact the shipping company direct. We do our best to assure that your merchandise is properly packaged and that you receive it in good condition.

    What shipping methods do you offer?

    We ship our stencils USPS.  We offer the following options

    • Flat rate shipping charges for two more more items in your cart
    • Flat rate shipping charges for one item
    • Overnight shipping
    • Rent our Stencil shipping

    Is a signature required at delivery?

    In most cases yes, a signature is required. This is due to the nature of our work. All stencil orders are made to order once an order is placed.

    What is your guarantee?

    We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping.

    What are your return policies?

    Returns:
    All of our products are made to order so no returns are allowed unless merchandise is damaged in shipment. If this be the case please contact us as soon as possible. (This policy does not apply to our "rent our stencils")

    Rent Our Stencils:
    We rent our stencils for a period of two weeks after you receive them.
    They must be returned to us after that period. Shipping charges to ship back to us are the responsibility of the renter.
    If we do not receive our stencils back then a charge for the total retail amount of the stencil or stencils (minus any rental fees already collected) will be applied and charged to your credit card.

    What paynents do you accept?

    For ordering our stencils we offer the following payment options:

    • Shopping cart through PayPal (accepts all major credit cards)
    • Personal Check -you may mail your order to us along with a check (please call us first so we may assist you with shipping charges or any sales tax)
    • Money Order (please call us first so we may assist you with adding the appropriate shipping charges or sales tax)

     

    How can I place an order?

    The easiest way to order our stencils is to use our shopping cart through PayPal. You will receive an email verification once your order is placed. You may also phone in, email or mail your order to us.
